So: last year for the second through fourth weeks of April, National Poetry Month, I wrote a poem a day, just to make myself practice poetry. Well! It turned out to be my reintroduction to poetry; I realized through twenty-one straight days of poetry (starting here I'm not a complete prosidic failure (yay!). I thought I'd do the same sort of practice this year.
...however, there's a little snag.
Given the way my April's looking to shape up, I don't think I'll be able to devote the proper time to another endeavor in April. But! I do plan on taking on this poem-a-day challenge a little bit later on, probably halfway through May.
Anyone anticipating daily poetry in April: sit tight, I promise I'll get to it!
